You need to register with us before placing an order. You can select products and make payment to confirm the order. Your information will help us to deliver the products at right time.
What type of products do you sell online?
We sell all Bikanervala and Bikano products that includes sweets, namkeens, snacks, cookies, chocolates, dryfruit thali's, gift packs, gift voucher and more.
Can I gift someone directly through your service?
Yes, you can. Please provide us receiver name, complete address, contact details, email-id and special message (if any) at the time of checkout.
Where is your delivery service available?
Currently, our delivery service is available within India only.
How can I make payment?
We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking and cash cards.

ReplyDeleteJust a recommendation for your consideration. We tried to order online five (5) items from your website and surprisingly each item was being charged for shipping separately. Since all the items were in single order/cart, the shipping charges should be consolidated instead of being charged for each item [e.g. for a product of INR 45, shipping was INR 50]. The overall shipping charges thus came to INR 280 for 5 items.
Unfortunately, I had to move to Haldirams website, which charges single shipping charges for all orders in 1 order and not charging for each item. I paid INR 80 on their website for same number of items and same product.
Kindly consider this flaw in your website or your strategy for pricing.
